Happy Holidays

What a busy weekend I had. I started moving on Friday......well not actually moving since I didn't move a whole lot of stuff. But to me it was a lot considering whenever I move, I usually wait until the day I am moving to start packing. Terrible strategy I know, but hey that's part of my charm :) Today I finally got all of my stuff moved to my new apartment. I even started to organize my stuff. I can even walk on the carpet, and not worry about something stabbing me in my foot. Saturday The Boy came over and helped me move. He was amazing, and is so strong. He didn't once complain about having to help me move yet again. But he did say the next time he helps me move it better be in 5 years. I feel good about this move. A fresh apartment for the new year.

Sunday I went with KB and her family to see the movie The Holiday, and then to dinner. The movie was alright, not something I would normally see. Yesterday I went to her house for dinner. I have always liked her moms cooking. It's tasty and she always makes sure you have a choice of vegetables and fruits. Even thought I am not family they always make me feel welcome in there home. I'm thankful that they let me share another Christmas with them.

Today I exchanged gifts with The Boy. I'm glad he liked the gifts I got him. It's always nice to see a smile on his face. More importantly it was nice to spend time with him. Just being together and him laughing at something I've said. He just left here, and I already wish he was still here with me.

Tomorrow is back to work. Boooooooo. At least it will be the weekend and then New Years in a few days.
