**Random Thoughts**

I don't really get a chance to come on the computer very often, so I decided that I would doing a little blogging today. This doesn't necessarily mean I have anything to say though. So what's going on in my life you ask. Well still working on saving some money and buying myself a computer, but first I'm trying to find a new place to live. Somewhere where I will feel comfortable and proud to call my home.

This past weekend I went to the book fair at Queen's Park. It was huge and a lot of fun. I got two hardcover books for $14. I felt I had accomplished my goal for the day.

Is anyone concerned with all the hurricanes that are happening in the states lately? Two hurricanes back to back makes me wonder is it our poor environment or maybe even life coming full circle(ie. the U.S. wrecking havoc in other countries, can we say karma). Will the U.S. ever stop being the richest country in the world?

Did anyone watch the BET Comedy Awards???????

Labour Day Weekend

Ah another long weekend has come and gone. It's been a long time since I've written anything.

Work: Still doing the two job thing. The full time job isn't always a barrel of fun, but it's a job and it helps to pay the bills. It's not as if I plan on working there for the rest of my life let alone three years.
Friends: Don't really have that many. I have a lot of acquaintances but very few people I would call my friend. Why is this so? I'm not really sure. I always plan on calling someone, but I never end up calling anyone.
The Boy: We have our ups and downs. The downs were serious to the point where we didn't know what path we would continue on. I guess we still don't really know, but I feel like we are going in the right direction. Not so much in limbo anymore. I hope we continue to move forward together. I look at him and I feel so much love for him.
The Weekend: Went to the Korean Grill House, Thursday evening. This was my second time going and the food is amazing. I highly recommend it. Friday was the EX. I felt like the biggest kid. The Boy introduced me to the wonderful world of funnel cake. It is so yummy and addictive. It's like crack but legal. Let's have a moment of silence for the cake...............................................Saturday was the football game at UofT. All I have to say about that is it was hot as hell sitting in the bleachers and watching the game.

All and all I had a great weekend. I had so much fun and spending time with the Boy was wonderful and bitter sweet at the same time because, he always has to leave.
